College to Host Open House at HVCC North

Hudson Valley Community College will host an open house, Thursday, March 13, from 3 to 7 p.m., at its HVCC North extension center, located in the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park, 345 Hermes Road, Malta.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about course offerings at HVCC North and can complete an application and receive instant admission to the college. College staff will also be on hand to discuss financial aid, academic advisement and new student orientation.

HVCC North offers students access to education and career training in the growing fields of health care, STEM and skilled trades.

Coursework in the following programs can be completed almost entirely at HVCC North: Clean Energy Management A.A.S.; Electrical Construction and Maintenance A.O.S.; Electrical Engineering Technology-Electronics A.A.S..; Engineering Science A.S.; and Health Sciences Certificate. Those wishing to complete an application for admission or take an academic placement test are advised to bring a photo ID and a copy of their high school or prior college academic transcript.
